1、 Installation method for elevator door frames:

1.將廳門處門洞進(jìn)行處理。廳門處一般是安裝石材覆蓋在表面。石材在安裝前要進(jìn)行表面處理，保持清潔和干燥度，含水率要小于8%。

2.用來(lái)安裝門套的石材應(yīng)該保持花紋、顏色的一致性。所以要進(jìn)行仔細(xì)甄選，避免出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的色差和花紋差異性。每一層的所有電梯門套石材都要保持統(tǒng)一性。

2. The stone used for installing door frames should maintain consistency in pattern and color. So careful selection is necessary to avoid serious color and pattern differences. All elevator door frames on each floor must have consistent stone materials.

3.正式安裝石材之間，再將石材做一次徹底清理，結(jié)構(gòu)部分不能留有渣質(zhì)，表面無(wú)積灰污垢。然后用墨線彈出水平線和垂直線。

4.根據(jù)彈出的線條位置，使用鉆機(jī)在需要打孔處打孔?？籽鄣闹睆揭话闶?mm左右，深度是12mm左右。按照施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，每塊石板上、下面都要打孔眼，位于石板中間位置。

5.將膨脹螺栓固定在墻面上，然后將角架固定好，再將掛件安裝在角架上。

6.角架和掛件安裝好之后，進(jìn)行石材開(kāi)槽工序。將石材固定在掛件上時(shí)使用專用的大理石膠，黏結(jié)好之后反復(fù)壓幾次，確定不會(huì)脫落。

7.安裝好之后的電梯門套應(yīng)該做到光面平整，立面垂直，接縫平直，接縫寬度的偏差不能超過(guò)2mm。

8.電梯門套全部安裝完之后，將表面石材做一次清理工作，即可投入使用。

2、墻面對(duì)大理石的色澤、立面分格、花色、花紋和圖案應(yīng)符合要求。
